If you are shopping around the Las Vegas area for a great RV Resort to stay at this winter (or longer), the choices are many and the rates can be confusing. Some RV Parks offer all-inclusive rates but are inferior in quality. Others offer a base rate + electric but charge high fees for electricity. Don’t be fooled by the all-inclusive pricing of some of our competitors – If they quote a rate that includes electricity, you don’t have the option to save money. ‘The rate is the rate’. Under our plan, pay only for what you use – never more – and maybe less!

We’ve established a “not-to-exceed” electric charge of $125.00 per month from June through September 30, 2011, and from October 1, 2011 through March 31 of 2012, the ‘Not to exceed’ electric charge will be $75.00 per month. This gives you control of your electric charges by allowing you to use less electric and, therefore, pay less. As an example, let’s say it’s August 2011, and you use $170.00 worth of electricity. Your bill will be $125.00 under the ‘not to exceed pricing’. However if you only use $45 worth of electricity, you pay only for what you use, $45. And as always, free WIFI is included!

That’s what we mean when we say “you’re in control”. Pay only for what you actually use in electric, and you’ll save money. And if you go over? You’re covered under the not-to-exceed rate!
